Product News

The successful series of GreenWatch recorders will be extended by an 8 channel Hybrid recorder with 4 analogue real-time channels. The delivery will be executed with the full version of MULTIEYE Hybrid Ver. 2.2 and features 4 IP channels and 4 analogue channels, each of them offering 25 fps. The recorder will be available from May 2010.

MULTIEYE Motion Scrambling offers privacy protection at the job and at public places. A special filter can draw all moving objects unsharp. The videos are recorded without changes. The unauthorised replay of video data can be prevented via the user management. Additionally there is the possibility to protect the replay of videos by means of the ”four-eyes principle”. Furthermore it is possible to prohibit the replay of the video with external programs (e.g. Windows Media Player) by means of the program MULITEYE Shell. Motion Scrambling licences are available from May 2010.

Starting on 10.05.2010 the new release (version: 2.2.10) for MULITIEYE/HYBRID will be available. Besides new camera profiles for AXIS, Arecont Vision, IqinVision, Santec and Sony cameras it also features:

A new IP camera module for better support of RTSP data streams
- A revised system restorer with the possibility to reset the MULTIEYE default
- A new JPEG streamer to improve MULTIEYE queries via the web interface
- VideoCenter II with ”Command Queueing” for the sequential processing of
  external commands
- Optical ”Area-Zoom” with supporting PTZ cameras ( currently AXIS and Sony).

From the Technology Department

The MULTIEYE "LiveViewer"  -  a great tool for remote inquiries

It is already the third generation of MULTIEYE now, that features the remote inquiry tool LiveViewer free of charge as a standard accessory. With ”LiveViewer” you can simultaneously  query up to 10 MULTIEYE systems and thereby display up to 64 different live cameras on up to 15 client workstations. The LiveViewer windows thereby can be arranged on one or more monitors connected to the PC and their position can be stored.

As MULTIEYE HYBRID supports both analogue and IP cameras, those can be displayed on the surveillance monitor(s) in any combination. The LiveViewer windows are size adjustable camera windows, which can be placed on the desktop surveillance monitor individually. Depending on the means of communication to the MULTIEYE recorder HYBRID systems the camera windows can be displayed permanently or event controlled. The event control is effected by means of movement and/or contact alarm. With one mouse click you can switch the camera window to the full screen mode. Dome cameras can be remotely controlled by means of a pop-up menu via mouse click, by means of direct control in the live window or by means of a joystick. Moreover the switching relays of MULTIEYE or the IO servers can be remotely operated.
