The artec technologies Service & Support Team will help you with all your technical enquiries regarding MULTIEYE® Systems. Our experienced staff can be reached via hotline, email or directly via telephone.

Customers without Service & Support package may use:

Customers please contact your local installer or distributor.
Installer and distributors may use our hotline. To ensure fast support, we need the following data:

  • Your customer number
  • Serial number of the system
  • Invoice number of the system
  • Location of the system
  • Failure description
  • Contact for technical inquiries
  • Contact on site

Exceptions are 12.24., 12.31. and all German public holidays.
