Customers without Service & Support contract may use:

Customers please contact your local installer or distributor.
Installer and distributors may use our hotline. To ensure a fast support, we need the following data:

  • Your customer number
  • Serial number of the system
  • Invoice number of the system
  • Location of the system
  • Failure description
  • Contact for technical inquiries
  • Contact on site

Friday
08:30 - 12:30 am and 01:30 - 03:30 pm CET

Exceptions are 24.12., 31.12. and all German public holidays.
