Ingo Hoffmann graduated in civil engineering and is also an inventor. As CTO he is responsible for research, development and product design. After his studies of electrical engineering at the University of and studies of mathematics and physics at the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin and studies of mathematics and physics at the University of Osnabrück he worked from 1978 as a member of higher management at Stiebel Eltron. After that he led the sales department of aerospace industry at AEG-Telefunken. Together with his brother Thomas Hoffmann he incorporated Hoffmann Trading GmbH from which artec technologies emanated in the year 2000. Both primary products XentauriX® in the business segment Digital Streaming Media as well as MULTIEYE® in the segment Digital Video Security are based on his inventions.

Thomas Hoffmann, is a trader and a manager with international
experience. After training in business management in London he worked abroad as a technical trader for Wintershall. After the foundation of artec technologies Thomas Hoffmann has been responsible for the economical finesses of the company. As a member of the management board he is responsible
for business development, sales and distribution, marketing and
human resources management. 

Jens Ringlstetter, graduated in business economics in 1993. He worked with well known companies like DASA, ARAL and Trendnet in various administrative, sales & marketing positions in Germany and the USA. As the CEO of a business consultancy, he developed projects and strategies for small- and medium-sized
companies. Since September 2008, he has been in charge of the operative business development as VP Sales & Marketing.
