Regional Sales Manager (Southern Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
Assignments
- You primarly develop new business relations by applying established sales strategies and intensify and deepen relations with existing customers.
- Generating market and customer analyses
- Winning new channel customers (distribution, system integration and installation companies from security and IT industry)
- Assuming overall responsibility for regional management: acquisition, presentations, proposals, on-site visits, contract negotiation and conclude as well as after-sales service
- Representing the company at events, trade fairs, etc.
- You report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and prepare reports and forecasts
- Within the context of your activities, you work very close with colleagues from product management, marketing, technical support and order processing
- You work out of your own home office.
Your profil
- Graduation from high school or comparable level with technical training
- Technical background in IT/video surveillance
- At least three years experience in a sales position with proven success record in the IT/video surveillance industry (ideally gained with a software or hardware manufacturer)
- Highly developed advisory skills which enables you to convincingly present technical solutions
- Good knowledge of the industry (including reseller channel structures)
- Experience with CRM programs
- Very good command of both written and spoken German, English and additional languages welcome

International Regional Sales Manager (East Europe/Southeast Europe)
Assignments
- Working out of your home office, you develop new business relations by applying established marketing strategies. In addition, you contribute to the further development of relations with existing customers.
- Generating market and capacity analyses
- Attracting new customers in the areas of distribution, system integration and installation contracting
- Assuming overall responsibility for district management: akquisition, presentations, proposals, on-site visitation, pre-sales, contract negotiation and completion as well as after-sales responsibility
- Representing the company at events, trade fairs, etc.
- You report to the VP of Sales and Marketing and prepare reports and strategies
- Within the context of your activities, you work with colleagues from the departments of product management, marketing, technical support and order processing
Your persona
- Graduation from high school or technical school with technical training
- Technical background in IT/video surveillance
- At least three years experience on a marketing staff and verifiable success in the IT/video surveillance industry, ideally for a software or recorder
- Highly developed advisory skills which enable you to convincingly present technical problem solutions
- Good knowledge of the industry (including marketing structures through distributors)
- Experience with CRM (customer relationship management) programs
- Language of the specific country. Very good command of both written and spoken English; command of German advantageous

Internship: technical sales and distribution (m/f)
Assignments
Support our sales and distribution employees in the marketing office in Diepholz!
At the same time, learn the various activities in in-office sales and distribution.
Among other things, provide existing customer support by telephone.
Also join other staff members in developing proposals, presentations and statistics.
Further, cooperate in tracking proposal status and order processing.
Your persona
You are a student in the subjects Industrial Engineering and Management or Process Engineering. You speak good English, have an outgoing personality and are competent in using the standard MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoing, Excel)

Internship: software developer (m/f)
Assignments
- Support development in the areas of php, C++, MySQL, script languages
- Develop web-based applications
- Develop interfaces between the various systems
- Independently implement the development of projects in coordination with the project manager

As a student in the subject of information technology you are analytical, work well in a team, flexible in your hours and speak good English.
