Your MULTIEYE team

New Employee
Ingo Höppner strengthens our artec technologies team since August 2013. Mister Höppner is our Business Development Manager and as sales department manager responsible for the product range MULTIEYE. Prior to this, Ingo Höppner was sales manager and authorized signatory at SANTEC/Ahrensburg for 13 years. He stands out due to his long-time expertise in the video security industry. „We are very happy that we could win Ingo Höppner for our team“ sais CFO Thomas Hoffmann „and a warm welcome“.

New SmartWatch and GreenWatch Recorder Generation
In new design with powerful hardware, increased image data processing rate and the same list prices the new MULTIEYE SmartWatch and GreenWatch NVR/ hybrid recorders are now available. The SmartWatch NVR with 4 IP-video inputs can process up to 240MPixel/s, the GreenWatch with 8 IP or – in the hybrid version – with 4 analog and 4IP-video inputs can process up to 480 MPixel/s.

Big HD-IP Video Surveillance System in Northern Germany
For one of the biggest companies for agricultural machinery, the Fricke group, a complex MULTIEYE IP-video surveillance system was installed in the company headquarters in Heeslingen as well as in Bockel. The system consists of more than 250 HD-network cameras by RIVA, 15 MULTIEYE-NET video recorders and two VideoCenter III stations, delivered and installed by the ComNet group. The MULTIEYE system provesses an image data rate of 5 GPixel/s! The company site is perimetrically monitored by thermal cameras with integrated video analysis. The video surveillance and information system will be expanded in 2014 with more sites.

The MULTIEYE EventManager Module
The new EventManager module for software from version 2.4. offer the possibility to control complex application scenarios which are directly realizable with the MULTIEYE systems and would otherwise only be possible with high costs and external components. Example: For video-based perimeter surveillance for an industrial plant with its own railway track the module serves for displaying the desired scenarios. In an application list several event sources of light grids, motion detection, video analysis and schedules are combined so that targeted actions like siren activation and alarm recording are triggered and optical signals are visualized in site-maps. The guard can deactivate subareas via the site-map in VideoCenter III by the push of a button for a defined countdown.

Thermal Cameras with Integrated Video Analysis
Thermal cameras are increasingly used for perimeter protection, site monitoring or early fire detection in combination with MULTIEYE systems. With the integrated video analysis false alarms are reduced to a minimum. For the demanding system we recommend customer-specific planning with our distribution partners and our support team. In our product portfolio we offer thermal cameras from RIVA with integrated video analysis with fixed focal length of 7.5-50mm.

MULTIEYE Workshops 2014
In 2014 we will offer workshops for video monitoring and multiview station, VideoCenter III station as well as for the MULTIEYE software modules like number plate recognition, PeopleCounter, PrivacyShield etc in addition to our MULTIEYE basic and advanced workshops. There will also be marketing seminars for our MULTIEYE partners.
